Farmer's Market

IMG_1295 IMG_1286 IMG_1280 IMG_1278 IMG_1277
Sometimes I think I would like to be a farmer. Well, a farmer's wife, mainly the one that takes care of the home, cooks the fresh vegetables and maybe tends to the bees? It's a fantasy world - on the other hand, I love NYC and wish to move back there stat. Back to my rural dream, I would knit, raise chickens, and since it's a dream, I would have a humane sheep shearing room, and a studio to spin and dye my own wool. Also, there would be a target nearby. That's not too much to ask for? Well, since I am a farmer's wife, I would also bring our fresh produce and honey to the farmer's market, and chat with all the friendly people in the morning.

I love farmer's markets! Do you have the same obsession as I do?

P.S. I'm over here today, talking my favorite summer items.

beautiful shots! we still haven't made it to one this year...the ONLY bummer about shooting weddings is missing fun weekend romps. (but i think weddings still count as fun weekend romps in their own way ; ) xo!

I know what you mean! Recently I've had an urge to go live on a farm. Live the simple life... Work hard and appreciate everything I've worked hard to accomplish. It seems so rewarding. It would also be ideal for me to have a Target near by, haha. Farmer's Markets are the best!

I am obsessed with farmer's markets! I have always wanted to live on a farm, but my fiance grew up on a dairy farm so he isn't exactly sold on the idea. Maybe I will settle by having some chickens in our backyard since the town we live in allows you to keep them inside the city limits.
